Update 9/23/21
Good afternoon everyone,
It's been a while since we've provided an update. We're happy to let you know that the reconstruction efforts continue to move along at a pretty swift pace.
Here's where we are:
Cadillac is fully operational with cosmetic repairs continuing in the showroom. The service overhead doors should be installed by the end of this month. If you are aware of any remaining issues, please notify Tim Galen.
Mazda continues to work fully out of the service department pending repairs of the showroom. Sales is expected to return to the showroom mid-November. While exterior repairs continue, much of the glass and interior element supplies have longer lead times. We continue to target on/about November 15, 2021 to move back in.
Volvo's service continues to work out of Mazda. Sales and Service write-up have moved out of the tent and back into the showroom! Glass has been ordered but has a long lead time and other cosmetic repairs continue. The block wall for the service facility has been rebuilt and the timeline to move back in is targeted for late November.
Buick GMC's sales operations continue in a big tent, F&I and BDC at Cadillac and service remains split between Cadillac and Toyota. Masonry repairs to exterior walls of the service facility are well underway. Demolition of the parts department nears completion. All employees will move into the service department building when complete on/about 10/31/21. In the coming weeks you will see the start of the demolition of the BG showroom. Design is underway for the replacement structure.
Additional General Facility Repair and Restoration Updates:
- Management Staff is on track to move back into their offices on 10/4/2021.

We've been asked about the retention basin between Mazda and Volvo
service. The decision to clear the retention basin was two-fold:
- Significant damage to the existing trees caused concerns about safety in the event of future storms.
- The Township raised concerns about the debris in the basin clogging storm water piping not only for our campus but for our neighbors as well.
As always, the above estimated, target dates are fluid and may speed up or lag slightly, but we'll do our best to keep everyone informed.

Good afternoon everyone,
It's amazing how quickly things are moving in Trevose!
Here's where we are:
Cadillac is nearing the end of their reconstruction phase. Roof repairs are ongoing. Permanent air conditioners are on site and ready for installation during the week of 8/30/21. Showroom repairs continue to wall coverings, door frames, etc. during September.
Mazda continues to work fully out of the service department. The Exterior Installation Finishing System (EIFS) is complete. Air conditioning units for the service department are on site and ready for installation during the week of 8/30/21.
Volvo’s service department has settled into Mazda’s service department and is receiving customers. Sales is fully operational in a temporary tent in front of the showroom. Showroom interior lighting repairs, ceiling tiles, and clean up are well underway. Buick GMC’s sales team is now fully operational in a temporary tent in front of the showroom! Sales and deliveries are taking place. Their F&I and BDC teams are working at Cadillac. Their service and parts teams are split between Cadillac and Toyota for the time being.General Facility Repair and Restoration Updates:
